Choice Camera Hire Rental Agreement

The hirer is responsible for the care of the equipment rented within the agreed hire period.

The hirer will return the rented equipment by the agreed drop-off date and time above.

The hirer will return the rented equipment in the same clean, working condition as when picked up.

The firer is agrees to pay for any repairs to equipment, or replacement of equipment damaged, lost or stolen when in their care.

The hirer will be charged a cleaning fee if equipment is returned in a dirty condition.

If the equipment malfunctions, the hirer should contact C.C.H. ASAP. C.C.H. will endeavour to replace the equipment with a similar item as soon as possible.

C.C.H. is not responsible for costs incurred due to malfunctioning equipment.

1/2 Day is either 8.00am to 1.00 pm, or 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

A full day is 24 hours. The equipment is available from 8.00am of the day of hire, or the day before between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm, (if available).

Equipment can be returned can be the same day of hire before 6.00 pm, or on the next morning between 8.00 am and 9.00 am

Equipment must be picked up and returned within this hire period.

Choice Camera Hire is open from 8am - 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays and by arrangement on weekends. A pick-up or drop-off outside of the opening hours will be charged at NZ$20.

Delivery and Pickup in the Wellington City area can be arranged for a fee of NZ$30.

The hirer will pay the total cost of hire including GST into the following bank account: ANZ 06-0574-0222470-00

The payment should ‘clear’ before the hire period commences. Alternatively cash can be paid on pick-up.
